IPL Community Activities A variety of Company-sponsored and community support events occur during the year. Many are repeat activities, like the Annual Veterans Day Parade, 500 Festival activities and Parade, Special Olympics, Amish Fair, and Light the Night. Others go on throughout the year at various times, like Habitat for Humanity, tree planting, and neighborhood work projects. Luminaries members routinely take part in significant numbers. We are welcomed and encouraged to continue this fine tradition of service to our Indianapolis metro communities. For these activities, timely publicity and announcements will inform IPL employees past and present of the need for volunteers. For some events, Luminaries members who have taken part before are notified by mail, or by friends who will be taking part. For your questions about these events or newly sponsored IPL projects, the following are the IPL Community Relations Contact Resources: Shannon Judkins at 317-261-8390 or Alice McGolgin at 317-261-8852. |
