Barb Portell

Barbara joined IPL in December, 1968. Barbara has always worked on the 3rd floor of the Electric Building in Information Services as a Tabulating Machine Operator, Computer Operator, Programmer, Program Systems Analyst, Business Solutions Programmer Analyst, and currently as an Application Developer.

Barbara was married for 29 years to Darrell, who was an IPL employee for 30 years working in Customer Service. Darrell passed away in July 1998. Barbara has 1 son and 1 daughter with 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
